I always pictured Rapunzel dressed in bright yellow jeans, giant purple hoodie, cute hairclips and practical runners/sneakers. I think this song fits best at the point where Flynn/Eugene is in chapters 16 and 17.
Specifically, lyrics like “Rejoice I could, rejoice I could/ Could take a choice, the choice I took/ To take the choices out of your hand/ And put ‘em in my hand” and “I found my love to be her/ When I see her I’m gonna say yeah/ I’m on my hope she say yeah/ I wanna try to say answer some day”.
And anyway, it’s a pretty groovy song.
